What this site is. This website presents the work of Hands For Honduras, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and its initiative Caribbean Cleanup. It exists to describe the mission, publish the record of the work, and receive donations and volunteer registrations.
Donations. Donations are processed by Zeffy. A donor may designate a gift to one of the organization's four designations — Motagua River Pilot, Beach Cleanup, Clean Water, or Animal Welfare — and designated gifts are honored for the work named. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Published totals on this site come from the organization's own books.
Published numbers. Every figure published on this site — dollars raised, soldiers enlisted, kilograms collected — comes from the organization's records and is published as recorded. Where a figure is an estimate, the site names the source of the estimate.
Content. The text, photographs, and artwork on this site belong to Hands For Honduras, Inc. or are used with permission. They may be shared for the mission with credit to the organization. They may not be used to imply endorsement of a product or a candidacy.
Off-site links. This site links to donation processing, social platforms, map and travel resources, and published sources. Those services run under their own terms and policies, and the organization is not responsible for their content.
No warranty. The site is provided as it stands. Event dates, program details, and travel information can change as conditions on the ground change, and the organization posts corrections on this site when they do.
Changes. If these terms change, the new text posts on this page with its effective date.
